December Holds Plenty Of Entertainment On CBS Drama

Its the season to be entertained and CBS Drama has plenty for you to tune in for across the festive period including your favourite soap, true life drama and some seasonal triple-bills.

Here’s a quick look at the treats we have in store for you.

Knots Landing - Season 8 and 9, weekdays at 23.10, repeated the following weekday at 8am and 1pm
Season 8 of Knots Landing was a heady mix of lies, lust, drug abuse, death and back-stabbing and Season 9 promises to have even more breath-taking plot turns and family conflict. It would be wrong to post plot spoilers here but do look out for our very own Michael York turning up as Charles Scott.

Unsolved Mysteries - Saturdays and Sundays from 9pm
Over the years, Unsolved Mysteries has profiled more than one thousand cases in its 260 episodes history. 47% of the cases featuring wanted fugitives have been solved thanks to information from Unsolved Mysteries viewers. Also, over one hundred families have been reunited as a result of “Lost Love” segments featured on the show. In addition, several cases involving missing heirs, murder, fraud and amnesia have also been solved and, in several cases, individuals wrongly convicted of crimes have been released following Unsolved Mysteries broadcasts.

Jerry Springer - Season 16, Saturdays and Sundays from 11pm
The show often voted the WORST TV show of all time rolls into it's 16th series, ending speculation that Jerry Springer was to end his time as the show host in order to run in elections in Ohio. This series also see the show mark its 3,000th episode.

Judge Judy - Season 9 weekdays at 8pm, repeated at 4pm the following weekday and Saturday omnibus from 4pm
Judge Judy has her hands full this series. With start with two cases - A man from Park View, Iowa is accused of sleeping with two daughters from the same family, the angry father takes action into his own fists, and now he is being sued. And in case two- a Los Angeles woman asserts that her boyfriend never uttered the word 'loan' until she broke up with him. As usual with Judge Judy expect couples, families and friends to quibble over money, property and emotional damage and our Judy to sort it all out.

Christmas Stories Season – Sundays from 3pm
A collection of seasonal triple-bills featuring A Town Without Christmas, Borrowed Hearts, When Angels Come To Town, A Very Married Christmas, Finding John Christmas, Silver Bells, Diva's Christmas Carol, Once Upon A Christmas, The Man Who Saved Christmas, Papa's Angels and Twice Upon A Christmas.

Mac Taylor and his crew continue to crack crime in the city that doesn't sleep as CSI: NY Season 2 continues on CBS Drama.

This is a pivotal season in the history of the series, not only does the show build upon its gritty story lines it actually makes some very brave casting decisions, you'll have to watch right to the end of the season to discover exactly what.

There's also a new face for you including Lindsay Monroe-Messer (Anna Belknap) whose willingness to tackle any situation, no matter how dangerous, makes her one of Taylor's most trusted members of his team.

CSI NY Season 2 Drama

The CSIs have relocated to the Manhattan high rise which includes new labs and office equipment with state-of-the art technology.

After expressing his interest in moving out of the coroner's office, Dr. Sheldon Hawkes moves out of the basement and into the field. This season, CSI: NY team loses one of its own.

Season Two opens with Mac and Dr. Hawkes investigating why an expert skyscraper climber plunged to his death whilst climbing the Empire State Building. Stella and Danny investigate the murder of a New York fashion designer while wearing an eight million dollar bra from his own collection, and an emotional Aiden looks back on an old rape case.

Perry Mason is the long-running drama series which spawned a series of over three dozen telefilms.

Based on Erle Stanley Gardner's many novels about a brilliant defense lawyer and his staff that solved many a crime with surprise witnesses and stern cross-examinations. Filmed almost exclusively in the Los Angeles area, Raymond Burr had Gardner's seal of approval in the role.

Medium is a captivating one-hour drama series, inspired by the life story of medium Allison Dubois, starring Patricia Arquette as a wife and mother of three who is trying to understand her natural intuition about people and her ability to communicate with the dead.
